Project: Lead the end-to-end execution of Music Insider, YouTube Music’s flagship bi-annual event where priority industry partners are given an inside look into the product roadmap, case studies, and best practices for growth.
Strategy: Oversaw all aspects of the hybrid event from planning to execution, including creating a compelling program narrative and developing materials such as speaker scripts, invites, website copy, and leave-behinds. Coordinated the event’s first in-person watch party and managed localized versions of the event in EMEA and APAC.
